Frog Creek Partners, LLC out of Casper has announced its intent to raise up to $1 million through the Wyoming Invests Now intrastate equity crowdfunding program. Frog Creek Partners President and Founder Brian Deurloo said that they are a Wyoming-based environmental technology manufacturing company that offers innovative water filtration products and services to municipalities, commercial enterprises and local sponsors.

Deurloo said that the WIN program allows any state resident or business to invest in a Wyoming company that the Secretary of State grants approval through the program. He said Frog Creek is the second company in Wyoming to capitalize on the opportunity.
