The Johnson County Commissioners have a number of items on their Tuesday agenda, but it looks like a fairly routine day, according to Commission Chair Smokey Wildeman.
Two interesting items that were scheduled have since been cancelled, he said. The first item was a property tax protest to be heard by the Board of Equalization, but that has been withdrawn, Wildeman said.
The other was an executive session that has also been canceled.
Other items on the agenda include the Planning Commission Board presenting a draft of zoning and mapping of the county, which will happen at 10 am.
The commission will discuss block grant resolutions for the Clear Creek Elementary School building, and for design and construction expenses and construction enhancements for the Crazy Woman Square project.
Tax corrections and supplementals will be discussed with County Assessor Cindy Rogers, beginning at 1 pm.
Finally, County Road and Bridge will be discussing the county fire building at 1:30. The meeting will begin at 9am Tuesday in the Commissioner's Office upstairs at the Johnson County Courthouse.
