At Thursday night's Northern Wyoming Community College District Board meeting, Sheridan College Vice President and CFO Cheryl Heath expressed to the Board that they had received thirteen proposals from architects regarding the design of the $15 million Academic Center.

The interviews with the four architects will take place next Wednesday. Health says that once an architect is selected, that's when the fun begins.

The Board was also presented with a ceremonial mace and chain that were constructed by students and faculty in the Construction Technology and Machine Tool Technology Programs.

The chain will be worn by Sheridan College President Dr. Paul Young at graduation, and the mace will be carried by the Grand Marshal while leading the students in procession at graduation.
