Tass Talks Bills that “Protect Children”

During the 2020 Budget Session of the 65th Wyoming Legislature, several bills that relate to abortion have come up. One such measure would put a 48 hour waiting period on anyone who was electively having the procedure for reasons other than the health of the mother. House Bill 197 is sponsored by Local Representative Richard Tass and it is his second time trying to get the waiting period instilled.
