No Injuries in School District #1 Bus Accident

A Sheridan County School District #1 bus slid into a ditch and onto its side this morning on the Smith Creek bus route outside of Dayton. The driver and one 12 year old student were on the bus at the time.

The Sheridan College Center for a Vital Community is again offering training titled after the book of their pet project, "Bridges Out of Poverty." Amy Albrecht, Director, says more than 65 people attended the training last time, and it really made an impression on them.

At Monday's meeting of the Sheridan City Planning Commission, there was discussion about setting up a work session with the city council so that both bodies are on the same page. The idea was first suggested by planning commissioner Robert Webster and all agreed Monday that it was a good idea.
