Bar And Grill Applicants Denied

The Sheridan City Council awarded one of the two Bar and Grill Liquor licenses the City holds at their March 15th meeting, and elected to table the issuance of the lone remaining license. That item was removed from the table Monday night. Sheridan Media's Ron Richter has more.

The Bridge Is On Its Way To Dayton

The new private bridge will be in Dayton Wednesday morning.

Late last year the Dayton Town Council approved the installation of a bridge over the Tongue River at Canyon Road that would provide better access to the water treatment plant. That bridge is scheduled to arrive in Dayton early Wednesday morning. Dayton Mayor Bob Wood.

24 high school seniors from around Wyoming have been named Daniels Fund Scholars. David Sampson from Sheridan High School is one of the 24, and Daniels Fund Vice President Peter Droege explains what the scholarship means for Sampson.

Originally scheduled to speak at the University of Wyoming earlier this month, controversial figure Bill Ayers is now re-scheduled to visit Laramie April 28th, although the venue is yet to be announced, because he's been banned from speaking on the UW campus. Colorado lawyer David Lane says that that action violated Ayers 1st Amendment right to Free Speech.
