The phantom debt collector threatens people with arrest warrants and even in some cases immediate arrest if payments of up to $2,000 are not paid immediately. Chris Foy reports.

Abductor Court Date Set for Next Month

A Montana man charged with abducting and assaulting an 11-year-old Wyoming girl won't face a preliminary hearing until next month.

Sheridan County Attorney Bryan Skoric said Friday that defendant Jesse Paul Speer of Manhattan, Mont., has waived his right to a speedy preliminary hearing.

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - The U.S. Supreme Court has vacated a life sentence for a Wyoming teenager in the 2009 home invasion killing of a Sheridan man. The court this month sent Wyatt Bear Cloud's case back to the Wyoming Supreme Court for reconsideration.
