City Council, Recycling Center Differ On Funding Request

Phil Gonzales, with the Johnson County Recycling Board, approached the Buffalo City Council at their last meeting, requesting the city add $8,700 to the Recycling Center's budget from the city’s General Fund.

Hoop Jam 2013

It was the best of three-on-three basketball over the weekend as Sheridan once again hosted the 13th annual Hoop Jam Street Basketball Tournament. Attendance was up from last year as 148 teams, 3rd grade through adult, played on 18 courts in the Whitney Plaza in downtown Sheridan.
