Buffalo Power Outages Caused By Fallen Tree

A main power line in the center of Buffalo that was knocked down by a tree during a snowstorm in the early morning, caused power outages for more than 576 people. Customers on Klondike and N. Adams avenues reported outages on an off until early afternoon.

National Governors Association Chair Governor John Hickenlooper of Colorado and Vice Chair Governor Gary Herbert of Utah have appointed Governor Matt Mead as vice chair of the National Governors Association (NGA) Natural Resources Committee.

Weather, Power Outage Delay School Starts

Sheridan County School District 3, which is Arvada and Clearmont, will be on a one-hour delay this morning, due to a power outage at the school. Classes will start at 9. The information comes from school staff.

Also, Story School and Bus 39 are on 2-hour delays.
