DSA Hosts Wine Festival

The annual Downtown Sheridan Association Wine Festival is Friday evening March 4th at the Historic Sheridan Inn.

The annual Downtown Sheridan Association Wine Festival welcomes guests tonight at the Historic Sheridan Inn. Spokesman Robby Smith says this is the major fundraiser of the year for the DSA.

The renovation of the kitchen hood is nearly complete at Sheridan Memorial Hospital, which has allowed the kitchen to recently open back up for business.

The Everyday Woman Event

Women young and young-at-heart are invited to share coffee and fellowship at a free gathering March 5th.

The Sisters in Christ group invite area women to join them for a morning of fellowship, fun, laughter, encouragement and inspiration. A non-denominational organization, the “Everyday Woman: Ordinary to Extraordinary” presentation will take place Saturday, March 5th from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Fire That Killed Two Sheridan Men Started Near Couch

BOZEMAN, Mont. (AP) - The Bozeman Fire Department says a fire that killed two men in a third-floor apartment appears to have started on or near a couch in the first floor entryway of the building.

Snowpack Still Above Average

The second snowpack and water supply report has been released for Sheridan County, and while there is a slight drop in the Tongue River drainage, both the Tongue and Clear Creek drainages remain above average, and for the most part are unchanged from the February 1st report.

SHS Wins Blood Drive Challenge

The Sheridan High School students bring home the trophy in the annual Broncs / Camels blood drive challenge.

The numbers are in, and the results bode well for Sheridan High School. In February, SHS and the Sheridan community went up against Gillette High School and their community for the annual blood drive challenge.
