JACKSON, Wyo. (AP) - The Wyoming Game and Fish Department plans to begin trapping wolves for scientific purposes in the Gros Ventre Mountains next week. Game and Fish officials say the trapping is set to begin Tuesday and continue through June 15.
At this week's Johnson County Commissioner's meeting, County Road and Bridge Supervisor Scott Pehringer asked for pre-approval from the commissioners to award the CMAQ (Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality) Dust Abatement contract when they are opened on May 13th.

At their monthly meeting Wednesday, the Sheridan Area Water Supply Joint Powers Board unanimously agreed to move forward with the Twin Lakes Wetlands Mitigation Project and authorized sending a letter to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
