A fire started by lightening Tuesday evening 13 miles north of Sheridan is extinguished.

Sheridan County Commissioners approved a contract with Rocky Mountain Ambulance to provide emergency medical services to Sheridan County residents. Prior to the Commissioner's approval, County Administrator Renee' Obermueller pointed out that the subsidy to RMA continues to go down.
