Sylvan Pass Now Open; Dunraven and Beartooth Passes Soon

Over the weekend, snow experts at Yellowstone National Park determined that the snow pack above Sylvan Pass has stabilized, allowing for the pass to be open as of 8 pm Sunday evening, June 5th.

The Sheridan City Council tonight will receive an update on a recent filing by Cablevision with the Federal Communications Commission. Sheridan Mayor Dave Kinskey says the issue was brought forth by the sale of Bresnan Communications.

Buffalo Chamber Warns Merchants of Possible Fraud

The Buffalo Chamber of Commerce is issuing a scam alert to their members and all merchants in the area. Fraudulent emails and calls have been targeting merchants claiming to be from NACHA, the electronic payments association, wanting information about the business.

Residents and nonresidents alike, took to the waters Saturday for a free day of fishing.   It’s a day set aside where fishermen of any age can cast their line in Wyoming’s waters without a license except in Yellowstone Park or the Wind River Indian Reservation.
