The Jackson Christian Association received a $24,500 grant to support its mission of providing physical, emotional and spiritual support to families and individuals in need. The Wyoming Lodging and Restaurant Association Education Foundation received a $26,700 grant to support the Wyoming Hospitality Ethics Initiative.
The one year initiative is targeted to introduce and integrate the Code of the West “Ten Principals to Live By” into their school-to-career programs and establish a state-wide principled ethnics model program.
The Daniels Fund will award a projected $3.6 million in grants to Wyoming nonprofits in 2011. Funding areas include, aging, alcoholism and substance abuse, amateur sports, disabilities, education, homeless and disadvantaged and youth development.
