Wyoming Made Products Become Hits

A mercantile for Wyoming-made products recorded more than $32,000 in sales this summer during Cheyenne Frontier Days and the Wyoming State Fair.

The store is part of a program run through the Wyoming Business Council and showcases merchandise made by companies in Wyoming.

Products at the store ranged from sauces, jams and honey, to holiday ornaments, photography, jewelry, soaps and lotions, glassware, leather items, pottery and more. The store included 67 vendors and saw more than $12,000 in sales at Cheyenne Frontier Days. At the Wyoming State Fair, the store hosted goods from more than 70 vendors and saw about $20,000 in sales.
