18-year-old Dylan Todd of Sheridan changed his plea Thursday in 4th Judicial District Court. Todd was originally charged with Sexual Assault in the 2nd Degree for incident involving a 13-year-old girl at a party in December of 2010. At the time of the alleged crime, Todd was 17 years of age.
CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - A lawyer for a Sheridan teenager convicted of murder in a home invasion killing urged the Wyoming Supreme Court on Thursday to determine that the teen's life sentence was unconstitutional.
A sentencing hearing was held Thursday in 4th Judicial District Court for 47-year-old Sheridan resident Eddie Delk, who recently plead “No Contest” to the charge of felony aggravated assault and battery.
