Keeping a safe distance behind snow plows can be a task that some busy beavers find too tall while traveling to their destination. WYDOT Public Involvement Specialist Ronda Holwell says that motorists need to exhibit some patience when encountering snow plows.
Holwell said that another safety tip for motorists is to slow down when crossing bridges. She indicated that bridges are usually slick, even if the road appears to be dry.
