WYDOT is installing a new four-head signal traffic light Wednesday at the intersection of Brundage Lane and Coffeen Avenue. Rhonda Holwell, Public Involvement Specialist for WYDOT, advises motorists as to what they can expect.
She added that motorists can expect the same thing tomorrow at the intersection of Coffeen Avenue and Sugar Lane, by Walgreen's. The intersection will also be controlled by a four-way stop.
The four-head traffic light is the same as the new lights at the North Main and 5th street intersection. A yellow caution arrow is remains yellow even after the light turns red, allowing people in the left-hand turning lane to turn before the opposite traffic light turns green. Holwell said they will have more information on these upgrades later this week.
