The Wyoming Department of Transportation will be closing the middle level of a tri-level bridge that connects Interstate 90 to Interstate 25 in Buffalo beginning next week.
According to a release from WYDOT, S&S Builders of Gillette will be conducting repairs to the existing bridge deck and placing a new concrete overlay.
On Monday, June 2nd, the contractor will close the middle level of the tri-level.
The middle level is Exit 56B on west-bound Interstate 90, connecting to south-bound Interstate 25.
Motorists from Gillette wanting to use this exit towards Casper will be re-routed at Exit 58 to Highway 16 through Buffalo to connect with Interstate 25.
The closure is expected to last a couple of months, according to Ronda Holwell, Public Involvement Specialist with WYDOT.
Questions concerning the closure can be directed at the Wyoming Department of Transportation's District 4 Office at (307) 674-2356.
