There will be a meeting Thursday night in Buffalo to present the final proposal that will be submitted to the Wyoming Water Development Commission for approval of a water supply line in the northern section of Buffalo.
Greg Reid, with WWC Engineering in Sheridan, said the meeting will present recommendations, costs and other pertinent information on the project. There were two previous meetings held that gathered public input, and this meeting is the final public presentation before it goes to the WWDC.
There were some changes made in the sponsorship and support concerning the city and county, and Reid explains what happened and why.
Reid said Level One is a feasibility study, Level Two examines costs and funding and then Level Three is the actual acquisition of funding.
The meeting Thursday will be the final presentation for Levels One and Two in the project, as they were combined to move the project along.
The application submitted earlier this month is for Level Three funding from the WWDC, which will make a decision on the project in 2012.
