Historically the Sheridan City Council has held work sessions over the noon hour on weekdays. That will soon change, as next week the Council will begin holding work sessions prior to their regularly scheduled meetings on the first and third Monday of each month. Sheridan Mayor Dave Kinskey says that the change is due to scheduling conflicts.
The Mayor added that the annual budget work sessions that are typically held during the month of May will be affected by the new schedule.
Kinskey said that the first work session scheduled at 6 prior to the council meeting will take place this upcoming Monday, February 3rd. He added that it will focus on the recent legislative session along with the upcoming budget session of the State Legislature.
