Much of northeast Wyoming is under a winter weather advisory today as conditions are expected to be bad until early evening. Lead Meteorologist Todd Chambers with the National Weather Service in Billings explains what's expected for today.
Strong winds throughout the day will make for poor visibility and drifting along the roadways.
