Energy revenues are falling and some think that fuel taxes should rise. Most of us drive, the poor, the rich, the middle class and a fuel tax increase of 10 cents will affect us all. But roads need to be fixed; bridges need to be repaired. A fuel tax increase would raise more than $70 million to help with fixing our roads.
