It's time to once again take a look back at some of the top stories that made the news this past week with our Sheridan Media Week in Review.
The Sheridan City Council voted unanimously to reject a bid from A&B Buildings and Supplies of Sheridan for a permanent household hazardous waste facility at the city landfill that will replace the current temporary facility. The bid came in $11,000 over what was budgeted for the project. City Councilman Levi Dominguez.
The election for continuing the capital facilities tax in Sheridan County was held this past Tuesday, and almost 70 percent of those that voted were in favor of renewing the tax for $40 million over the next 8 years. Sheridan Mayor Dave Kinskey.
Sheridan County Commission Chairman Steve Maier was asked if the final tally from the election was surprising.
