It's time once again to take a look back at some of the top stories from the past week with our Sheridan Media Week in Review. Whitney Benefits committed another $1.5 Million to Sheridan College to support the renovation and expansion of the Thorn-Rider Campus Center, which is currently under construction. A media release from college administrators indicated that half of the donation will go to support the building itself, and the other half will be used on the plaza. Tom Kinnison, President of Whitney Benefits, said the investment is one of many intended to benefit the community as a whole.
A traveling exhibit entitled Lincoln: the Constitution and the Civil War, opened at the Sheridan County Fulmer Library. The exhibition will be on display at the library through May 15th.
The Wyoming Game and Fish Department's Sheridan region issued statistics showing that wildlife crime in northeast Wyoming is on the rise, in particular, wanton destruction. Sheridan Game Warden Bruce Scigliano.
