The American Cancer Society's annual Relay for Life in Sheridan will take place this Friday night in Kendrick Park. While the location for the event is new this year, much of the fundraiser to help fight cancer remains unchanged. One of the organizers for this year's Relay Dayle Dygon explains how the event will unfold Friday evening.
Dygon says that a majority of the money raised will be used locally.
Dygon said that there will be plenty of food and entrainment on hand as well.
Dygon indicated that there will be roughly 25 to 30 teams that will be taking part in the all night relay to help fight cancer.
