The annual veteran and military day at the Wyoming Legislature is Thursday and will include a meet and greet with elected officials, a gallery visit, a showcase of the Wyoming Fallen Warriors Memorial Kiosk, and proclamation signing, commemorating the 50th Anniversary of the Vietnam War.
Events start at 8:30 in the Capitol Rotunda in Cheyenne, with a performance by an ensemble of the Wyoming Army National Guard's 67th Army Band. The visits to the galleries of both the House and Senate start at 10, during which time the service men and women will be recognized by the Wyoming Legislature.
Then at noon, the Fallen Warriors kiosk will be showcased by the Wyoming Veterans Commission in room 302, followed by the signing of the proclamation at 1:30.
