The 40,000 square foot Vacutech Building being constructed in the Hi-Tech Business Park in north Sheridan is several months behind schedule due to the wet spring we experienced earlier this year.
Vacutech CEO John Tucker says despite being behind schedule, they are looking forward to the expansion of their business into Sheridan.
Tucker said that they hired seven employees through Sheridan College who have been working at a temporary facility in Sheridan since July of this year. Tucker says that once they are up and running they plan to hire additional employees in early 2012.
Vacutech is a light manufacturer of vacuum systems that has clients worldwide. They are based out of Centennial, Colorado.
