The University of Wyoming is bringing in expert speakers at a consumer issues conference that will focus on health care, in particular, changes in the health care market due to the Affordable Care Act. Better known as Obamacare, the new law has several components that will take effect this year, and more on the way in 2014.
Conference organizer and UW Department of Family and Consumer Sciences Professor Virginia Vincenti says expert speakers will be discussing consumer issues that will be affecting everyone.
Vincenti said that registration for the three day conference will be $60 before September 23rd, or $70 after that date. The Consumer Issues conference will take place at the University of Wyoming October 2nd through the 4th. Registration information as well as a list scheduled speakers can be found by clicking here.
