UW Football Fans Heading to Laramie Can Expect Some Road Work

CHEYENNE - The Wyoming Transportation Department says fans traveling to the University of Wyoming's opening football game Saturday night should be aware of construction the Laramie area.

As they approach Laramie, motorists will encounter occasional reduced speeds on Interstate 80. The speed limit is lowered to 40 or 65 mph in some areas because of paving and bridge work.

There's also work on Wyoming 34 in Sybille Canyon and on U.S. 287 south of Laramie.

People can check road construction and conditions on the
Internet or by calling 511.
