Wyoming Secretary of State, Max Maxfield, announced today the unofficial results of Tuesday's election have now been posted. The results will remain unofficial until certification from the Canvassing Board on Wednesday of next week. Maxfield says the public will be kept in the loop throughout the process.
The state-level report includes information for all reporting counties in the state. The unofficial results show Amendment C, which was previously undetermined, passed by the most narrow margin of all proposed amendments. Just over 26,000 votes ratified the constitutional change, which gives District Court Commissioners authority to act in place of appointed judges in certain scenarios when time is of the essence.
