Fans of live music now have a place to go for concerts in northeast Wyoming, as the Trails End Concert Park will feature national recording artists as well as local talent throughout the summer. This year's concert series kicks off tonight with the David Allen Coe concert. Local favorite Honeybadger will start things off at 6:30 this evening, with David Allen Coe set to take the stage at about 9 pm.
Trails End Concert Park General Manager Robert Green explains what motivated him to bring the concert park to Sheridan.
Jana Davis with Honeybadger was instrumental in bringing the concert series and park to Sheridan, and she says it provides a prime time venue for both local and national acts.
Doors will open for tonight's show at 4 pm. Tickets are still available and can be purchased at the door. The Trails End Concert Park is located just behind the Trails End Motel on North Main Street in Sheridan. To view the schedule for the concert series, click here.
