The Trail End State Historic Site will host its Hands On History program Monday through Friday where sixth through eighth grade students from around the area will learn and participate in the process of curating artifacts. Trail End Curator, Sharie Prout, talked about what students will get to experience during the week.
The students' work will go on display in an exhibit that will open in a private showing for the students and their families on Friday. Though this week's camp is full, Prout says there are still openings for the second session in July.
To sign up for the July session visit the Trail End Historic Site or call Prout at the museum at 672-4589.
