National Christian recording artists "Kutless," whose song "That's What Faith Can Do" currently sits at the top of the Christian rock charts, will be in Sheridan Thursday for a benefit concert at the Sheridan Wesleyan Church. Sheridan Media's Mary Jo Johnson has more.

Currently on tour with promoting their new album "It Is Well," Kutless will be stopping in Sheridan -- their only visit to Wyoming -- to help raise funds for a local family. Dave Tarver is with a group of Sheridan men who are working together to bring them here.

So how did it come about that they were able to bring a group such as Kutless here.

Tarver says that Kutless, along with groups "Chasen" and "The Museum," are on a 25-state tour in 30 days.

Also involved in the project is Worship Arts Minister at Sheridan's First Baptist Church, Ray Berig.

Tickets for the show are $20 per person, general admission. Or for $40, you can purchase one of 50 VIP tickets, which gets you in an hour early for a meet-and-greet with the artists and some other perks. You can get the tickets through Rooster's on the Boardwalk in Sheridan, at the WYO Box Office or online at wyotheater.com. Sheridan Wesleyan Church is located at 404 W. Brundage Lane.
