State Superintendent Cindy Hill has been in Sheridan for the State Board of Education meeting at the Sheridan Holiday Inn.
Hill stopped by our studios for a brief visit, and we had a chance to get her opinion about the most recent Wyoming Legislative Session, especially because of the number of education-related bills. She comments.
Hill shares a story about a whirlwind trip she took up to visit an elementary school in Tensleep and a discussion she had about a particular education bill.
She adds that there was only one youngster who was opposed to the possibility of five more school days, but all the rest, she said, love school and were hoping for that bill to pass.
