Sheridan's first Strongman competition will start at 11 o'clock tomorrow morning at PURENERGY Fitness on Riverside, next to carpet design.
Event coordinator, Jake Benth, explains what the competition involves.
Benth said he expects the competition to be . eye-catching.
The competition is expected to last most of the day and wrap up around 5 or 6 p.m.
