State Of The Chamber: Busy With a Touch Of Fun

The Buffalo Chamber of Commerce Hosted this month's Chamber Luncheon which featured themselves discussing what they have been up tp the last few years, and what they will be focusing on in coming years.

Director Angela Jarvis quickly went through the chamber's mission statement, vision, functions and then touched on expanded informational packets for their members such as their weekly E-Blast and monthly Newsleeter that keeps members up-to-date on happenings at the chamber and in the community.

Jarvis spoke on events they have hosted and /or spearheded in the community like the Winter Gathering, Longmire Days, Oktoberfest and the Small Business Expo to name a few.

The chamber's focus for 2014, things they will be doing somewhat differently will be with the annual Congressional Delegate tours through Northeast Wyoming; Stories about the area in regional, National and International publications; seminars; and filming of television and movies in and around Buffalo, which has increased substantially in the last few years.

Jarvis, after the presentation, explained the chamber's accomplishments over the last few years.
