Stalking is a crime that over the last decade or so has gotten the much needed attention it deserves from law enforcement and advocacy groups. Executive Director of the Advocacy and Resource Center in Sheridan Bonnie Young says that stalking usually occurs between people who know one another.
Young said that the difference between stalking and nuisance attention is that stalking is a pattern of several different behaviors geared at harassing and controlling the other person.
