In honor of the 17th annual Spay Day on February 22, the Humane Society of the United States in conjunction with the Doris Day Animal Foundation has bestowed a grant to Spay Wyoming. Dog and Cat Shelter of Sheridan Executive Director Cel Hope explains the particulars of the grant.

Hope pointed out that the grant money has to be used over the next month.

Hope said that pet owners are asked to provide a photo or photos of their pet, which is a requirement in the final report to the Humane Society.
