The City of Sheridan recently awarded the bid for the South Gateway Building project to KWN Construction in the amount of $177,000. The building, probably better knows as the old Maverick store on the corner of Main and Coffeen will be the future home of the Downtown Sheridan Association. City Engineer Lane Thompson says that the renovation will also include public space as well.
Funding for the project was secured through a grant through the Wyoming Business Council. Construction oversight of the project will be provided by Armstrong Design Studio.
