As March approaches winter is still showing signs of sticking around in northeast Wyoming. National Weather Service Intern Shawn Campbell.
There is a winter weather advisory in effect for Sheridan county until midnight tonight. Expect 3 to 6 inches at lower elevations and 6 to 9 over the Bighorns. A winter weather advisory for Johnson County is in effect until 6 pm with accumulations expected to be a little higher than in Sheridan. Travelers should expect snow and wind throughout Tuesday.
