Sheridan Memorial Hospital has received accolades for customer satisfaction from a nationwide evaluation company, known as Avatar awards.
The hospital and staff were evaluated in patient surveys, and received some of the highest marks in the nation for hospital performance, exceeding expectations and consumer satisfaction. Hospital CEO, Mike McCafferty, explains what the award means.
The facility received these honors in the midst of expanding their paperless record-keeping technology and ongoing construction.
