SMH to Recognize Volunteers During National Volunteer Appreciation Week

National Volunteer Appreciation Week is April 15th through the 21st and Sheridan Memorial Hospital will recognize their volunteers with a special breakfast from 7 am to 9 am a week from today. Hospital Volunteer Services Coordinator Patty Forister.

Forister said that volunteers gave over 8,000 hours of their time in 2011 attending to various tasks and special projects too numerous to mention.

Next Friday's special recognition breakfast will be held in the conference room C in the lower level of the hospital. All hospital volunteers are welcome to attend the open house breakfast buffet. Volunteers who plan to attend are asked to RSVP by calling 672-1196.
