Sheridan Memorial Hospital announced in a media release Tuesday that Big Horn Health Network, a subsidiary of Sheridan Memorial, has merged with Women's Clinic of Northeastern Wyoming and Sheridan Women's Health. The media release states that in consideration of the ongoing changes and requirements taking place in today's healthcare environment, physicians of both clinics decided the relationship would provide the needed support for the growth and change occurring in the Sheridan community and into the future.
Women's Clinic of Northeastern Wyoming will now operate under the new business name “Wild Rose Women's Clinic and Sheridan Women's Health will now operate under the name, Sheridan Women's Clinic. While the names of the businesses will be different, the locations, physicians, and phone numbers of the clinics will remain the same in both cases. All patients should be receiving a detailed letter explaining the merger.
