An ordinance annexing 57.4 acres of land as a Planned Unit Development was unanimously approved Monday night by the Sheridan City Council. City Planning Director Robert Briggs says that the Sheridan Links planned unit development is a three phase PUD.
Briggs said that the patio home area would allow for up to six patio homes and that the estate lots will range from 1.5 to 2 acres in size. The Council also approved the conceptual plan and conceptual design report for the Sheridan Links PUD. The annexation of the PUD will require two more readings by the Council.
