Powder River Veterinary Hospital and Supply is picking up momentum in the Sheridan area, thanks to the entrepreneurship of Dr. Candice Carden. The new veterinary practice, located a few minutes south of town at the YO Equine Ranch, specializes in horse medicine, but has an open-door policy for four-legged patients. Carden, who previously worked at the Sheridan Equine Hospital, has branched out into her own practice that offers unique mobility.

After getting settled into her new practice in Kaycee, Carden established a satellite practice in Sheridan due to high demand for her work.

Carden offers comprehensive veterinary services as well as boarding and use of her indoor arena. For more information, call 763-6073, and stay tuned to Sheridan Media News to hear about Carden's unique certification in animal acupuncture.
