This upcoming Monday night, the Sheridan City Council will be considering the 2012 International Fire Code on 2nd reading. To inform business and property owners on the upcoming changes, Sheridan Fire-Rescue is hosting presentations that will address the new requirements that are part of the code.
Presentations will be conducted at the fire station in Sheridan located at 151 South Scott Street. The free presentations will be held on Fridays at 12:15 pm and on Wednesdays at 5:30 pm. The presentations will continue through November 2nd and will last approximately 30 minutes in length. Anyone who's unable to attend one of the presentations is encouraged to call Fire Marshal Brian Songer at Sheridan Fire-Rescue.
