Work on renovating and upgrading the Sheridan County Sheriff's Office will begin soon. Sheridan Media's Ron Richter has the story.
Earlier this week the Sheridan County Commissioners awarded a contract to O'Dell Construction in the amount of $229,250 to renovate and upgrade the interior of the Sheridan County Sheriff's Office. Sheriff Dave Hofmeier says aside from the occasional new coat of paint, it's been decades since there's been any work done to the inside of the Sheriff's Office.
All joking aside, the project is set to begin at the end of next month and should take about four months to complete.
