Thirteen school districts around the state have been selected as recipients of the Student Enrichment Pilot Project grants through the Wyoming Department of Education.
Sheridan County School District One has received 36 thousand in grant funding through the program for next school year. Superintendent Sue Belish.
Belish explains what the students at Tongue River Elementary did last year as part of the Student Enrichment Project.
Belish said that last year students went to Rapid City, Thermopolis and Casper and as part of this years grant, kids from Big Horn Elementary will join the Tongue River students on a couple of trips.
