Sheridan County School District One Superintendent was a guest on KROE'S Public Pulse program Wednesday, where she addressed a number of topics including the state dropout rate. Host Kim Love asked Belish if the dropout rate is a problem in District One.

Belish says that while students drop out in high school, the problem begins much earlier.
