Per the request of the Sheridan County Commissioners, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved amendments to the County rules and regulations pertaining to quarry permits. Sheridan County Land Development Coordinator Robin DeBolt explains what the amendments will accomplish.
While the proposed amendments were approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission, there were some changes to the regulations that were recommended.
The item will now go before the Sheridan County Commissioners at their first meeting in August, which is scheduled for Tuesday, August 2nd.
